The grass is held in place with scenic cement. I layed down a thick layer of the lighter grass, then sprinkled an uneven layer of the golden grass on top. When the cement dried and I vacuumed up the excess, I sprayed the whole thing with spray adhesive, and then sprayed the edges with a flat, dark brown spray paint.
